A maximum of four interns will work in the areas of servicing, collective bargaining, organizing and politics. The internship is not a permanent job.<\/p>\n<p>Ideal candidates for the UFCW Local 1059 Summer Internship Program may have no experience volunteering with the union in the past but wish to take a more active role. Participants must be people-oriented, energetic, flexible and willing to work long hours on a sometimes unpredictable schedule.
